Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us at Likewise Skincare. If you receive damaged products or if you are dissatisfied with our products, we'll promptly issue a refund or replace the items subject to the following conditions:
- Damaged Goods: Return any damaged products within 10 days of purchase for refund or replacement including return shipping.
- Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with a product's performance, return it for a refund or replacement within 40 days of purchase, not to include fees for return shipping.
- Documentation: All returned products must include this Return Merchandise Form.
- Expiring Products: We cannot accept a product for return past the expiration date or if the expiration date is less than or equal to six months from the request of the date of return.
- Receipt and Inspection: Returns cannot be processed until the product is received and fully inspected.
